Sevim is a Kurdish Turkish woman from the east of Turkey. She and her family were forced to flee the village and move to Istanbul to get away from the violence that broke out between government and those fighting against the government. Today she is an engineer who loves traveling and dreams of one day being able to retire in a village like the one she left when she was younger.
